About the cacao:
This cacao grew up under native shade trees among a colorful diversity of flora and fauna—in agroecosystems designed to conserve the biodiversity of the jungle. We hope you can taste the purity and exuberance of the land, as well as the care and intention of the producers: an extraordinary farming cooperative of 60 families in Selva Lacandona, Chiapas.

Product Details:
- 12 oz bag of Madre Selva.
- This cacao paste is 100% pure, organically grown, and ground for easy preparation. It is the same as a block of ceremonial cacao, in powder form with a medium-grind.
- Simply whisk with hot water, and add honey or spices as desired. For smoother finish, mix using a handheld frother.
